1 Promoter’s Name and Address

2 Competition
NATS will each week for a period of 4 weeks commencing at 10:00 GMT on Friday 6th March 2020 publish a question via Facebook, Twitter and Instagram (“Competition Question”).
The Competition Questions shall be published on 10:00 GMT each Friday, and closed at 2359 GMT the same day (“Draw Opening Period”), after which another Competition Question will be posted the following Friday.
NATS shall stop posting new Competition Questions after 2359 GMT on Friday 27th March 2020.
3 Participation
In order to enter this competition you (“Participant”). must submit your answer (“Answer”) to the Competition Question posted by NATS within the Draw Opening Period for that particular Competition Question, Your Answers must be submitted by using Facebook, Twitter and Instagram: by posting your Answers in the post’s comment section.
NATS will select Participants (“a Winner” or “a winning Participant”) who correctly answer the Competition Question. The Winner will win one NATS goody bag, including an ATC100 special patch. (“Competition Prize”)
NATS will notify the Winner via the social network channel through which they entered.
This competition is open to UK residents only (excluding NATS employees and contractors).
Use of a false or incomplete name or address will result in disqualification. Answers that are incomplete, illegible, indecipherable, or inaudible will not be valid and deemed void. All Answers must be made directly by the Participant entering the competition.
Only one entry to each Competition Question is permitted to be entered by each Participant and only one Competition Prize per Participant shall be awarded.
4 Selection of the Winners
The first 25 Participants to submit the correct Answers by the method described in Paragraph 3 within the relevant Draw Opening Period, will be selected on the basis of ‘first come, first served’ and notified during the following week that the Draw Opening Period closes with details of how to claim their Competition Prize.
NATS reserves the right to make the final decision as to which Participant shall be awarded a Competition Prize. There will be no replacement/cash alternative for prizes.
By entering into each competition, the Participant acknowledges that they will provide a postal address (to
which a Competition Prize might be sent (see below) and an email address through which the Participant will be notified that they have won a Competition Prize and that their response may be required to be used in publicity if they are selected as a Winner.

5 Prizes
There shall be no more than 25 winning Participants each week. No further prizes of any nature shall be awarded after the Closing Date.
Each Competition Prize is as stated and is not transferable to another individual. The Winner is responsible for expenses and arrangements not specifically included in the Competition Prizes, including any necessary travel documents, passports and visas, should any be required.
Prizes will be sent out to the postal address provided by the winning Participants.
Reasonable efforts will be made to contact each Winner. If a Winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, or is unable or unwilling to comply with these terms and conditions, or if the required details are not provided within 7 days after being notified by NATS that a Participant has won a Competition Prize, NATS reserves the right to withdraw the Competition Prize, and award it to the next winning Participant.
6 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
Please note that by entering into this competition, the Participant is taken to have accepted these terms and conditions.
7 Data Protection
NATS shall comply at all times with all applicable laws in respect of the protection and privacy of personal data including without limitation the General Data Protection Regulations (EU) 2016/679 (“DP Laws”).
The username, screen grabbed answer name and photograph of the Winner might be published on nats.aero and NATS social media channels. By entering into these terms you give NATS consent to publish these details.
The Winner will co-operate with any other reasonable requests by NATS relating to any post-winning publicity.
By sending your Answer to NATS, you are agreeing to receive future communication from NATS. If you do not wish to receive future communication, please specify this in your email to us. In any event, you may unsubscribe at any time.
Your email data will remain confidential to NATS and its group companies including NATS Holdings Limited, NATS Limited, NATS (Services) Limited and NATS (En Route) Plc, collectively referred to as (“NATS”), and will not be disclosed to any third party without your prior consent and will be processed in accordance with NATS’ privacy policy (which you can find at http://www.nats.co.uk/home/cookies-privacy-policy/) except that NATS reserves the right to use the
information for the purposes of facilitating the competition including but not limited to publishing the details of the Winners (as set out above) on its website, intranet & social media channels (including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Google+).
8 Liability
Subject to the below and to the Competition Prize rightfully due to each Winner, NATS shall have no liability whatsoever under these terms and conditions.
Nothing in these terms and conditions will limit NATS’ liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud.
NATS is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software failure of any email or Answer to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to Participant’s or any other person’s computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the competition.
NATS cannot promise that the services relating to the competition will be free from errors or omissions nor that they will be available uninterrupted and in a fully operating condition. These services may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons reasonably beyond the control of NATS. NATS will not be liable in the event that all or any part of the service relating to the competition is discontinued, modified or changed in any way.
9 General
Entries made online using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void.
NATS reserve the right to amend or alter these terms and conditions at any time and to reject entries from Participants not entering into the spirit of the competition.
NATS reserves the right to define and decide the Answers to each of the Competition Questions, based on information available to NATS at the time of posting the relevant Competition Question. NATS do not undertake to modify the already determined answers to the Competition Questions in the event of any challenges or suggestions by Participants,.
Competition Questions or the competition may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
There is no minimum age limit unless specified otherwise in the competition information. However, entrants under the age of 18 must insert contact details of a parent or guardian when entering.
Any entrant who enters or attempts to enter the Competition in a manner, which in NATS determination is contrary to these terms and conditions or by its nature is unfair to other entrants may be removed from the competition at NATS sole discretion.
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these terms and conditions shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
