Supply Chain vision

One NATS – a collective supply chain vision

We have developed a comprehensive new supply chain purpose, vision and strategy. The strategy outlines the journey we need to make over the next few years.

Our suppliers play an important role and will also benefit from each.

Our suppliers play an important role and will also benefit from each.

But we cannot be successful alone – we need our end-to-end supply chain to be aligned with our goals and play its part.

The strategy has four pillars around which our aspirations are organised: Relationships, Requirements, Process and Capability.

Our suppliers play an important role and will also benefit from each.

  • ‘Relationships’ is about ensuring we work effectively together as one NATS and one supply chain. Our relationships and industry links are critical in establishing our position as the global leader in the Air Traffic industry.
  • ‘Requirements’ focuses on enhancing our collective understanding of business requirements, involving the right supply chain capability and expertise at the right stages of the process.
  • ‘Process’ will identify how we can improve our processes and systems to support more effective interaction with our supply base, providing more efficient and controlled communication, information flow and transacting.
  • ‘Capability’ will concentrate on having the right skill-set, development and tools to support and promote a high performing end-to-end supply chain, providing us with a commercial and competitive advantage from which we can all benefit.
