Collectively responsible

Collectively responsible is an initiative to bring together work from across our organisation. It focuses us on our goals to support employees, build strong communities, promote a healthy environment and ensure good business practice. It is a shared responsibility across our entire operation, and every individual has a role to play.

Being a responsible business is about doing the right thing for the environment and our society. We recognise the opportunity to positively contribute to the natural world and communities in which we work. A key part of this is our contribution to the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals, which address the biggest challenges that the world is facing today and into the future.
